Low Cost Bankruptcy Attorney
I think one of the most important qualities any lawyer can have is the ability to communicate openly and honestly with their client. Many times the difference between having an attorney you love, or a lawyer you loathe, turns on how well informed the client has been throughout the process. I am committed to becoming the best Orlando bankruptcy attorney that I can be and that is why I am dedicated to open communication with my clients, keeping them informed with what is happening in their case. Beginning here with your initial visit to my website. I want to make sure that you are as informed as possible on what it is I provide for my clients. This page answers the popular question of: How much does a bankruptcy attorney cost? or, What is the price to file bankruptcy?
Chapter 7 Bankruptcy Fee
More Information on my bankruptcy filing service can be found at my Chapter 7 Bankruptcy FAQ.
I charge a $1399 non-refundable flat fee for a simple bankruptcy. For more complicated cases (i.e. joint filing, see below.) the flat fee will be larger. The flat fee does not include costs of filing which is $306 for a Chapter 7 (See Below). The reason I am able to offer my legal services at such a drastically discounted fee is because I keep my overhead extremely low. I personally, an Orlando Bankruptcy Attorney, will handle your case from start to finish. I do not employ a receptionist or a paralegal. By keeping my overhead to a minimum I can pass those savings on to you. Best of all, you will receive personalized service. You will not be just another “file.” I will know your name and be completely accessible. A prominent federal bankruptcy judge stated in a written opinion that an Orlando Bankruptcy Law Firm may charge over $3000 for this kind of personalized service. However, while I am committed to being an inexpensive bankruptcy attorney, I stick to a maximum amount of open cases at any given time. If you are thinking about filling anytime in the near future, I would strongly suggest you call me today to ensure that I will be available when you are ready to file.
